CONTACT COSMIPHER

Choose the conversation that moves your decision forward.

Scope an AI security assessment, evaluate the Cosmipher platform, begin a procurement or assurance review, or contact the company about research and partnerships. Start with non-sensitive business context; detailed technical information moves only through an approved channel.

START WITH YOUR INTENT

Four routes. One clear next step.

Choose the route closest to the outcome you need. Assessment remains the technical evaluation path; Contact handles the conversations around it.

01

Scope an AI security assessment

Use this when
Your team needs evidence for one AI adoption, runtime-control, or release decision.
What happens next
Choose the closest Assessment path and prepare the owner, decision, lifecycle stage, and non-sensitive system context.
Boundary
Assessment qualification belongs on the Assessment page and is never collected twice.
02

Evaluate the Cosmipher platform

Use this when
You want to understand which control planes are relevant to your architecture, security program, or operating concern.
What happens next
We clarify the systems and decisions that matter, then determine whether a product discussion, approved demonstration context, or Assessment path is useful.
Boundary
A platform conversation does not connect to, inspect, or authorize testing of your environment.
03

Procurement and security review

Use this when
Your team has commercial, vendor-diligence, information-handling, contracting, or assurance questions.
What happens next
Begin with the public assurance record, then identify the exact service and evidence question that requires review.
Boundary
Public, written, service-specific, and unclaimed evidence states remain separate.
04

Research and partnerships

Use this when
You are contacting Cosmipher about research collaboration, technology partnership, commercial partnership, media, or another company matter.
What happens next
The inquiry is routed by subject and intended outcome. It enters Assessment only if a relevant security decision is identified later.
Boundary
A company conversation does not imply product access, technical work, or assessment authorization.
FIRST-CONVERSATION OUTPUT

Leave with the correct next step, not another generic sales loop.

The first conversation routes the decision. It does not promise a proposal, assessment result, demonstration, or technical conclusion before the required context and owners are known.

01INPUT

Your context

  • Responsible team
  • Business or security decision
  • AI system category, if relevant
  • Desired conversation
  • Information-sensitivity boundary
02ROUTE

Cosmipher clarifies

  • Which route owns the request
  • Which public material answers part of it
  • Whether platform, assessment, diligence, or partnership review fits
  • Who should participate next
03OUTPUT

Agreed continuation

  • Relevant public records
  • Assessment path, if applicable
  • Approved follow-up channel
  • Context required later
  • Separate authority for technical work
FIRST-CONTACT BOUNDARY

Share enough to route the conversation. Nothing that creates unnecessary exposure.

Detailed technical material belongs in an approved channel after its purpose, participants, access method, handling restrictions, retention, and deletion expectations are agreed.

USEFUL TO SHARE
  • Name and work email
  • Organization and role
  • Conversation type
  • One non-sensitive decision or question
  • Preferred next step
DO NOT SHARE
  • Credentials or authentication material
  • Customer, regulated, or production data
  • Vulnerability or exploit details
  • Source code, datasets, or model artifacts
  • Endpoints, access instructions, or confidential architecture
ROUTING QUESTIONS

Know which path you are starting.

These distinctions keep a business inquiry from becoming an ambiguous technical request.

01Should we use Assessment or Contact?

Use Assessment when one adoption, agent-action, or release decision requires a bounded security evaluation. Use Contact for platform evaluation, procurement, research, partnership, or a general business question.

02What is the difference between a platform walkthrough and an assessment?

A walkthrough explains Cosmipher's product and operating model using approved demonstration material. An assessment defines one customer-owned boundary and can involve technical examination only after separate written scope and authorization.

03Can we send technical evidence with the first message?

No. Begin with non-sensitive context. If detailed evidence is required, the parties first agree its purpose, approved channel, participants, access method, handling restrictions, retention, and deletion expectations.

04How do we begin a security or procurement review?

Review the public Security & Trust record first. Then identify the exact service and evidence question so Cosmipher can determine what is public, defined in writing, or requires service-specific review.

05Does contacting Cosmipher authorize testing?

No. Technical work begins only after the authorized owner, target, environment, method, exclusions, safeguards, stop conditions, communication path, and evidence handling are agreed in writing.

06Where should vulnerability information be sent?

Do not submit vulnerability details through this page. Cosmipher does not currently claim a public vulnerability-disclosure program or public technical reporting channel. Use the non-sensitive business contact to request an appropriate route without including the vulnerability itself.

DIRECT BUSINESS CONTACT

Start with one non-sensitive question.

Identify the conversation type, organization, responsible role, and desired next step. Detailed technical information belongs in an approved channel later.

WHEN THE DECISION REQUIRES EVIDENCE

Begin with Assessment.

Choose an AI estate, consequential agent action, or exact release candidate and define the smallest useful boundary for the decision your team must make.
